A TOUCH OF CULTURE at the Chicago Cultural Center. Free classical concert. Meet in the first floor lounge of the Center near the north entrance (on Randolph just west of Michigan). Lunch afterwards for those interested. Reservation not required. For info call Bob Branham.

OPEN SOCIAL at Ann Sather Restaurant, 909 W. Belmont, Chicago. Social at 6:00.

Bring your own alcoholic beverages (setups: $1.00). Dinner at 7:00. Cost is $20.00 for members, $25.00 for non-members. Non-members and guests are always most welcome.

     Saturday, December 19, 6:30 P.M.     

This year’s CPT Holiday Party will be held Saturday, December 19, at 6:30 PM in the fourth floor party room at the Malibu Condo, 6007 N. Sheridan Road.

The highlight of the party is a “White Elephant” gift exchange. Each guest is asked to bring a gift, value not to exceed $10. At the party everyone will draw a number. The first person will pick a gift from the pile and open it. The second person has the option of choosing (ok, stealing) the first person’s gift or picking a new gift from the pile and opening the new one. The third person will have his choice of either previous present or a new one. This will continue until the last person will have his choice of all the opened presents or the last unopened one.

The club will provide drinks and a main course. Attendees are asked to bring a side dish or dessert. The cost of the party is $10. To reserve a place and to find out what to bring, please call Ed Davis.

If you wish to park at the Malibu you can purchase tickets from Ed at $5.00 for each 2-hour ticket. Please reserve these in advance.

NEW YEARS EVE GAY-LA EXTRAVAGANZA

40th floor party room on Sheridan Road

  • Party food and snacks

  • Full buffet dinner

  • Open bar

  • DJ and light show by Greagh

  • Midnight champagne toast

  • $30 per person (members and guests)

  • Reduced price parking available

Park in garage, then have your parking ticket stamped at the party.
