11:30 A.M. – A TOUCH OF CULTURE at the Chicago Cultural Center:

Free classical concert. Meet in the first floor lounge of the Center near the north entrance (on Randolph just west of Michigan). Lunch afterwards for those interested. Reservation not required. For info call Bob B.

July 1, Narek Hakhnzaryan, Cello, and Roman Rabinovich, Piano
The Steans Institute of the Ravinia Festival, perform works by Debussy and Shostakovich.

July 8, Sang Mee Lee, Violin, and Wendy Warner, Cello
This program is the 3rd Annual Al Booth Memorial Concert in celebration of the life of the Hess Concerts’ founder and features works by Beethoven, Ravel and Handel Halvorsen.

July 15, Silver Garburg Duo, Piano Four Hands, performs works by Mendelssohn and Stravinsky.

July 22, Ran Jia, Piano
This program is presented as part of Chinese Cultural Week in Chicago and features works by Tan Dun and Schubert.

July 29, Fenia Chang, Piano performs works by Chopin, Schumann, and Granados.

Dinner at 7:00. Cost is $20.00 for members, $25.00 for non-members. Non-members and guests are always most welcome.
