In Touch, We Care/Members In Need
Jeff B and Ron U are the current committee and will be seeking the help of volunteers as needed. Input may involve visiting at home or in hospital, assisting with grocery shopping, helping them keep medical appointments, etc.
If you have need yourself or know of a member who does, contact Jeff or Ron and they will arrange help, either from themselves or one or more of our volunteers.
Dining Out
For May we will be going out to the Country Road Restaurant,

sheet will be at the May 13th meeting. (about 13km from the Beverly
bridge east on the south side of the Yellowhead, located in the Tempo gas
station building, the ESSO and Tempo gas stations are side by each with the
same turn off),

The gardens including Primrose Dell (a few pictures of primulas for Jerome's benefit), the Patrick Seymour Alpine Garden, lunch, butterflies, and the display greenhouses. Thank-you Randy T and Robert S for their contributions.
July and August 2011 BBQs
The pictures from the Christmas party are up and a reminder of the great time we had. As you may remember, Dame Edna's mother was visiting from Australia. Since she is wanted by both the police and admirers on three continents, she forbade me from publishing her likeness. I did manage to get one candid picture from the rear which should keep her identity intact!
About 60 members and quests came out to the PTs Christmas Party on Dec. 10th at the Unitarian Church.
