Gulf Coast Prime Timers, Inc. is affiliated with Prime Timers Worldwide, an organization founded in Boston by Woody Baldwin, who realized there was a critical need for a place where [gay and bi-sexual] men can meet together in dignity and in an atmosphere of friendliness and mutual interest.
